This video style session will guide you through completing Forms 806, 807 and 808 relating to the sale of a strata titled lot. It will also show you how to work with the seller to ensure legislation is understood, industry best practice is initiated and documentation is properly completed.You will receive access to our eLearning platform where you will be able to complete your online course. After viewing the course content you need to complete the short quiz to receive your 1 CPD point certificate.
*All CPD point courses need to be completed by 31 December to be eligible for points in the current year.
