New Strata Legislation Explained online

Online Elective CPD | 3

Course overview

WA’s new strata laws are now in effect and they are already making sweeping changes across the real estate industry.

The changes made to the Strata Titles Act 1985 are the most significant changes to our state’s framework in over two decades and they have a significant impact on the way you list, sell, lease and manage strata titled properties.

Our new online course will give you a more in-depth understanding of the changes; including the requirements of the new disclosure forms (REIWA Form 804 and REIWA Form 803) and some valuable tips on how to implement the changes.
*All CPD point courses need to be completed by 31 December to be eligible for points in the current year.
