Course overview

This course consists of two Units of Competency (Compliance cluster) which will satisfy your renewal requirement once for REIWA Accreditation. 

The learning resources focus on managing a compliant agency in line with current legislation and ethical conduct standards. This cluster includes a focus on risk management together with agency systems and processes.

This specialised training course meets the requirements for seven REIWA Accreditation points (satisfies for one renewal requirement only). For more information on REIWA Accreditation, please view the REIWA Accreditation brochure or login and visit the My REIWA Accreditation page.

REIWA members who are REIWA Accredited and want to meet their REIWA Accreditation renewal requirement by completing two Units of Competency (Compliance cluster).

To maintain your REIWA Accredited status you have to:
  • Continue to meet the program criteria. 
  • Attend an entire REIWA Conference on a yearly basis where REIWA deems the content is relevant to one of more specialisations,  
  • Complete two Units of Competency (Compliance cluster) to satisfy for a year, 
  • Complete seven hours of specialised training (in addition to DMIRS CPD requirements) on a yearly basis where REIWA has deemed the specialised course to be REIWA Accredited.  Specialised events such as REIWA branch and network meetings, breakfast, one day training events and conference events may satisfy some of the training requirements.

The REIWA Accreditation Compliance Cluster covers two Units of Competency:

  • CPPREP5001 Manage compliance in the property industry, and
  • CPPREP5003 Manage ethical practice in the property industry.

To enrol in this course, you must be REIWA Accredited.

You will have four months from the enrolment date to undertake study, research and complete your assessments.   

The flexibility of our course structure means that you could be completed much sooner if you have the time to invest in your studies. 


You will be able to start straight away and work through at your own pace (within your enrolment timeframe). You will have access to trainers via phone, email, webinars and assessment support days.   

All students receive access to our eLearning portal which provides you with a suite of resources including eLearning modules, student workbooks, activities and model answers, sample documents and links to valuable resources.

You will have up to four months to submit your assessments.

All students are given access to an online resource portal, with examples of completed forms, student workbooks, eLearning modules and links to other online resources that will help you in your studies.  

We run regular webinar sessions to help you connect with trainers and other students to focus on specific aspects of the training course and guide you through the assessments.

We schedule monthly assessment support sessions, at our Subiaco training rooms, where you can work on your assessments with a trainer available to answer your questions and direct you through the course resources.

The course consists of two Units of Competency

Each section includes training resources that cover the course content and allows you to apply your learning by completing activities that will assist you with the assessment.

You will also receive access to eLearning modules, activities and model answers, sample documents, and links to useful information and legislation.

Along the way, there are assessments for you to complete to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding. Your assessments must only be uploaded via the eLearning portal.

You will be allocated an assessor who will mark your assessments and provide feedback for resubmission where required.

Upon successful completion of this course, your Statement of Attainment will be issued within 30 calendar days.
