Course overview

All licensed agents, sales representatives and property managers are required to complete one mandatory CPD session each calendar year in accordance with their registration/licence.

Note: The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety has combined the 2018 mandatory CPD session for licensed agents and sales representatives. 

  • Review of Australian Consumer Law provisions for agents and sales representatives (residential focus)
    • misleading and deceptive conduct and disclosure of material facts
    • false and misleading representations in relation to pricing and advertsing
    • unfair contract terms
  • Writing Special Conditions in Residential Contracts for Sale

GST not applicable

Mandatory CPD sessions are fully subsidised by The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety if you have a current registration. You will need to supply us with your Licensed Agent/Registration number at enrolment. All enrolments must be completed using the same name as your Licence/Registration with the Department.
