Course overview

All licensed agents, sales representatives and property managers are required to complete one mandatory CPD session each calendar year in accordance with their registration/licence.

Registered property managers and sales representatives 

Note: Sales representatives will only be funded by the Department to attend one session - either the sales, commercial or property management Mandatory CPD.

  • Review of Australian Consumer Law provisions for the commercial and retail property industries (including business brokers)
  • Managing Agency Risk Case studies and compliance exercises
               - Landlords operating expenses in commercial and retail property transactions.
               - Rent review issues in commercial and retail property transactions.

GST not applicable

Mandatory CPD sessions are fully subsidised by The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety if you have a current registration. You will need to supply us with your Licensed Agent/Registration number at enrolment. All enrolments must be completed using the same name as your Licence/Registration with the Department.
