All licensed agents, sales representatives and property managers are required to complete one mandatory CPD session each calendar year in accordance with their registration/licence.
- Review of Australian Consumer Law provisions for the commercial and retail property industries (including business brokers)
- Managing Agency Risk Case studies and compliance exercises
- Landlords operating expenses in commercial and retail property transactions.
- Rent review issues in commercial and retail property transactions.
Mandatory CPD sessions are fully subsidised by The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety if you have a current registration. You will need to supply us with your Licensed Agent/Registration number at enrolment. All enrolments must be completed using the same name as your Licence/Registration with the Department.
