All licensed agents, sales representatives and property managers are required to complete one mandatory CPD session each calendar year in accordance with their registration/licence.
- Overview of the proposed amendments to the Strata Titles Act 1985
- Managing risk in relation to legislative changes;
- foreign resident capital gains tax withholding regime - property sales where the market value is equal to or greater than $2 million
- changes to the Sale of Land Act 1970 in relation to off-the-plan sales.
Mandatory CPD sessions are fully subsidised by The Department of Commerce if you have a current registration. You will need to supply us with your Licensed Agent/Registration number at enrolment. All enrolments must be completed using the same name as your Licence/Registration with the Department.
