Diploma

One of the most effective methods of progressing your real estate career is to complete the CPP50307 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management). This program has been endorsed by the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) as the educational requirement for the granting of a real estate agent licence (Refer to DMIRS website commerce.wa.gov.au for full licensing requirements).

Before starting the Diploma course you will have an extensive informal conversation with one our experienced staff to outline the course content, structure and fees and refunds policy. You can either attend an interview (recommended for local students) or have a telephone conversation if you live in a regional area.

The program for the Diploma course covers leadership and management, interpersonal and communication, real estate practice, trust accounting, and business planning and operations. It is an ideal way to get the skills and knowledge you need to start up your own business or manage an agency department.
